Rapid Recovery: Mastering Sagittal Band Injuries with CMMS

Blunt trauma to the dorsal of the second metacarpal often results in a sagittal band injury that does not heal spontaneously. Consequently, scar tissue and joint stiffness develop, which are typically unresponsive to traditional therapy. This podcast explores the Casting Motion to Mobilise Stiffness (CMMS) technique, which was used to regain motion, reduce scar tissue, and rebuild strength.
