It is funny that you found a rocuronium ampulle (esmeron) with hungarian label 😀. Great presentation again! There are some minor points I missed: positioning of patient (i prefer anti trendellenburg), and if the pt has NG tube, it is recommended the be withdrawn above the level of cardia because it can keep it open and make the risk of aspiration higher.
