6:17 I love the fact that the PRSL GP38s will be done to have the extended cab for dual control stands as per the prototype, that is really cool and a great detail. However, in service the PRSL GP38s did not have dynamic brakes. The dynamic brakes were not added until after Conrail got their hands on them. There were a set of dual control stand PC GP38s used in Detroit that had dynamic brakes, but the PRSL units did not.
