She is a miracle worker. Not being hyperbolic. ^^ LOL !!! 🤭🤭🤭🤭🤭🤭🤣🤣 She is an outstanding hypnotherapist. YES ! She really is very VERY GOOD. But......... a miracle worker ? No ! Hypnotherapy has its own limitations. Even Marisa herself has admitted that there are things she cannot do. You cannot cure cancer by applying the practice of hypnotherapy, just wanna give you 1 example here.

I love those thoughts, you shared about your daughter! She must be so confident! I kind of get annoyed with people who always say “be careful!” I would rather say, “be intentional!“ I don’t feel the need to always say anything, but if I do, those are the words I offer. Love love loved this video.!!!

The worse thing a mother can do to a child is to not listen to their needs and what they want to communicate and to tell the child : what you feel or think isn’t accurate. And to shut the child down, invalidating the child. This alone can damage so much and create pattern of negativity around child’s future.

Mine too. I love her more than I can say. She is difficult. I try to get her to take notice of this and she just blanks me. She obviously doesn't really want to be happy or rather her brain doesn't think she wants happiness. She is addicted to physical and emotional pain, it's tough to watch when you share a space. ❤

It’s a beautiful and empowering message, to choose to be positive, and I think that’s entirely possible, though not easy. It needs to become a habit I suppose. The thing is, that’s just so hard to do when we’re sick… the fear that comes with loss of health seems to trump everything, especially because the physical discomfort pulls me back down. It’s hard to flip negativity when it’s based on health issues… But if I could be healthy I’m sure I’d never be upset about anything again. It does put everything else into perspective. But I will try to apply this the best I can. It is a beautiful message and indeed what we choose to think is our decision.

I asked myself recently why am I holding onto past hurt as well as people who are not benefitting my future. People make it seem as though burning bridges is a bad thing, but I disagree. Sometimes it's fucking needed. Why hold onto people, places as well as things that don't want to see you progress or do better for your own happiness or sense of well being. Why do that?

Hi , Thank you for your question. Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) is a pioneering therapy based on neuroscience that has the potential to offer fast, effective results by combining the most beneficial principles of Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, NLP, and CBT. RTT® can deliver extraordinary change from physical, emotional, and psychological pain by reframing our core beliefs, values, habits, and emotions deep in the subconscious. By rapidly rewiring the brain’s neural pathways, RTT® replaces our outdated belief systems and negative behavior patterns. New life-affirming beliefs are formed, and the transformational process begins. While our therapists have had success in dealing with depression and anxiety, we have to evaluate each on a case-by-case basis each individual, and we cannot make any promises based on general assumptions. We hope this answers your question, but do feel free to check out our website to find out more: rtt.com/whatisrtt/ or reach out to support@marisapeer.com Kind Regards, Marisa Peer Team

i am a litttle confused with regards to the position of eye balls...initially we have to look up with eyes open..two breaths..then eye balls up but lids closed...then chin down...so the whole audio further our chin has to be down right? what would be the positiion of the eye balls? please guide
@Karenhypnotic11 ай бұрын
Keep your eye balls stretched up as though you are looking into your own eyebrows, after the breaths, shut your eye lids right down, then allow all of the muscles in and around your eyes to just relax as your whole body relaxes. Then drop your chin a fraction until you get that same looking down sensation that you would, looking over a balcony or a flight of stairs. If in doubt... just shut your eyes and listen. There's no wrong way to do this.

Pleeeeease avoid giving soooo many examples of negative thoughts, in your authorative voice, it stresses me and takes quite a lot of effort and time to get that out of my mind, so there's a lot less benefit than there could be from the positive things you then say. Reminds me of you saying not to let some things in.. Yes the words on your recording DO sink in "like lotion on skin" so please as you do say, positive thoughts ALWAYS, that we can choose the pictures in our mind and the words we use.. Yes i can choose my own, but how to keep external negatives from coming in - esp when I'm open to them like choosing to listen to your video then feeling I also let some crap in, such as the many examples of what your mother says. How to find the place in video where you start the positive without hearing any more of the opposite 🌸🌿
