How does holding him for 2 years in Australia constitute seeing him as innocent. Also what do you mean by "its not unbelievable" or "men do this"? When it comes to the law you cant make general statements about a group every person is a unqiue individual with rights. Can you imagine going to trial and they pull out statistics about people with your hair colour skin colour job etc nothing to do with the specific case. On top of that anyone can be accused of bodily harm. If I accused you of that in a foreign country by whim alone you are saying you yourself would be okay in staying in another country for 2 years away from family and friends.
