Another thing to add about the third verse. When this was happening Eminem was wearing a bulletproof vest at least in New York. Jay-Z stated this in a 2010 interview where he talked about when they met to do Moment of Clarity of Jay-z's 2003 project The Black Album.

Permenant Enemy by The Jokerr is one of my personal favorite diss tracks ever. He's going after Hopsin and also the rest of the Funk Volume crew as well. Jokerr and Hop were long time friends so the shit is super personal too. Shit goes hard AF. And if you enjoy that one, then follow it up with Dead Horse by Jokerr where he addresses the whole beef they had and him squashing it. Again, hella personal and lyrically just as great but from a totally different perspective. It's refreshing to see beef ended and a friendship rekindled. Good shit.

YOOO I just commented suggesting a diss track from the Jokerr against Hopsin and Funk Volume and you definitely need to peep that BUT I just saw where you mentioned how disrespectful it is to get on a diss track and just start singing an incredibly catchy melody instead of just rapping. And if you like it in Bully then you absolutely HAVE TO go watch Sidekick by the Jokerr too. Another song from his long beef with Funk Volume but this song is aimed at SwizZz, Hopsins best friend and fellow members of FV (SwizZz, his brother Dame, and Hop started FV together originally.) Dude not only is it a fucking brutal diss track but the whole thing is done singing with one of the catchiest melodies ever and you're right, the combination of happy/funny/cheerful sounding melody and hardcore disses is such a potent and extremely disrespectful way to approach a song/subject like that. It's fucking awesome. Lol even if you don't do a whole video reacting to it I would still love it if you just watched that video and replied to this comment to tell me what you thought of the song.
