This is probably the greatest example of shock/horror freestyle rap in the history of humanity and I'm not even joking. Probably one of the best freestyles ever overall, though the J. Cole one on LA Leakers was an absolute beast as well, but this is of course way more unique. I don't understand how you cannot be a fan of this man, his lyrical ability surpasses everyone else for 30+ years running, it's actually amazing.

I remember finding this when I was a kid, I downloaded it, edited out the "TIM WESTWOOD TV!!!!" moments and uploaded it to my little thumbstick MP3 player and played that shit until I could rap it word for word without the beat. It got me into learning to freestyle with my cousin. I was ok (able to string together something comprehensible with simple monosyllabic end rhymes for at least 30 seconds or so), he was better (couldn't go much longer before he'd choke, but had better rhyme schemes), but neither of us ended up being particularly good at it lol.
