I was recommended this song by a friend after my loneliness got the better of me and I made an attempt on my life. Whenever he said the verse about there being a chance that you "feel the best when your life is hectic", the first thing that brought to mind was people who have emotional scars or stress to the point where they become workaholics. A lot of people who feel out of control in their own personal lives need a fast-paced job to where they not only feel like they're solving other people's problems (which makes him feel a little better about not being able to solve their own), but the fast pace of the work makes it so that they don't have as much free time to think themselves to death with all of the nagging thoughts. They moved from task to task and stay juggling so that they don't have a mental hand free to hold their own burdens.
