Clint Lowry (guitarist) is from my area NC. One of my coworkers also went to HS with Clint as well as well as friends who have performed with him outside of Sevendust.

You nailed it. There are three vocalists in the band. Morgan Rose does the screams. Then there's the lead singer, and Clint does the harmonies and certain sections of verses. And I think that led to them not being as big as they should have been. They sounded too good. People thought it was all done in production. But I will say I saw them live multiple times, and they sound even better live. Absolutely the tightest band I've ever seen.

Man the Nu Metall 2000ies where so awesome ---- born 1981 - in my opinion a track that was not that much known back in the days. But it gave competition to bands like Korn / Limp Bizkit / Godsmack ect ect

Its Sevendust! Lol very unique style of vocals! And you REALLY Need to check out Anything off There newer album Kill The Flaw! Whole album is 🔥🔥🔥. But a good Starter off it is Thank You!!! Very glad to see another reaction! Do want to warn you though, after a certain era, they don’t really do the straight up Nu-Metal rappy style anymore but they still sound amazing!! They just released an album in October and it’s so good. So was the one they released in 2018. Also, the vocal level is another reason they are one of my favorite bands ever. When there needs to be screaming, Morgan (the drummer) does it or one of the guitarists will growl or provide backing vocals. It’s really nice. Im also very happy you’re reacting to them because outside of their biggest songs, nobody really reacts to sevendust and it’s sad.

This bad is ridiculously good live. Even better if you see them in their home town of Atlanta. Also, you should check out Chimaira ‘s “Severed”, or “Eyes of a Criminal”. Really anything from Impossibility of Reason is a solid track.
