Yes! 🍾 All of this! I rarely hear anyone reference the champagne line. Em is so damned calculated, in everything he does and says. The man is a genius! I remember seeing that video of MGK popping/spraying the bottle of champagne in what looked to be a hotel room. [After Em released Kamikaze and MGK heard Not Alike.] He was acting so corny and I just shook my head. I knew it wasn't gonna end well for MGK. Then MGK had the nuts to go on The Breakfast Club and say he, 'had another clip in the holster' but didn't release it. 🤨 Didn't actually give a reason WHY he didn't respond, or at least not that I remember or the answer was ridiculous. The entire interview is so cringey. However, Crypt made a hilarious video, 'Everything Great About Killshot' and if you haven't watched it, I HIGHLY recommend it! Crypt includes MGK's BC interview clips and since I had already heard the interview, I knew Crypt didn't take anything out of context. (Not that he would.) Then, you have Hopsin who made a video of himself reacting to Em shouting him out on 'Fall' which was also from the Kamikaze album. Sweet Hop was so adorable in his video! You could tell he was blown away and to me, it's probably top 10 'feel good' videos, ever. The difference between Hopsin & MGK's reaction videos make me giggle, for obvious reasons. 😂

@@vactis645 there’s a few other things I’ve noticed. Em said in Nail in the Coffin “Who you callin a bitch, bitch!” And MGK said “you sound like a bitch, bitch”. Also MGK with the shovel was like Em in “Cleanin out my Closet”. I think he was trying to make it clear to Em and everyone else that he used to be a die hard Em fan by using a lot of Ems song titles and things he’s said in his songs in the diss. Well, he straight out said “when your idols become your rivals” but to me it made him come off as a hurt fan who wanted to try to gain Ems respect and attention and he first tried a bunch of ways (posting him doing “Lose Yourself” outside with a crowd around him etc.) and of course the infamous posting “Hailey is as hot as F…and added “no disrespect because Em is the Goat” (or “King” or however he worded it). He just made the wrong decisions and when Em finally threw in a diss towards MGK, I believe he thought if he showed how big his “balls are” that maybe he would gain Ems “respect” that way. That’s why he would diss him and then call him the greatest rapper alive. Em sees everything and I did NOT feel the same anger in “Killshot” as Ems disses against Benzino or Ja rule. For Em to add in the middle of a diss (ESPECIALLY EM) “I’ll give you a “B” for the effort” That, to me, was Em knowing how much he, at least at one time, meant to MGK and I’m surprised people don’t comment more on that line. Em was basically telling him that his diss was decent but nowhere near Ems level, which I agree with.

How I feel was: 1. machine gun Kelley came hard af and had some good bars and punchlines, but to me mgks diss came more to me like a banger ass song he’s just joking around with. 2. The problem is MGK had some good disses but they're very basic and simple, Eminems are much more complex and have a lot more meaning behind if you know the whole story, he reversed everything MGK said just in a more complex lyrical manner. Did anybody in the last years noticed that, Killshot is a master piece( besides the bars).... Em just made Killshot in slow motion( its not like rap god or godzila) to MGK to be able even to understand what the f.. he is saying. MGK is still searching some real medical atention... People don't realise how bad Eminem dissed mgk there are so many little things that nobody understands like popping champagne which kelly posted after not alike came out and kill shot which is the name of a movie where the character colson (Kelly's name) gets shot down, MGK refers to himself as the Ghost of the future. Em destroyed with Killshot. Much more clever and layered than MGK’s at time unfocused diss-compliment shots. Rap Devil wasn’t even as good as Em’s verse on Not Alike. The production was better on Rap Devil, though. As far as what Kelly brought up, I don’t know how much was truthful. Em had a better diss, mgk had a better song. No hate though, mgk has been doing just fine shifting between rock and rap songs since this. He just got his second #1 album in a row, got a Grammy nom. He’s doing fine. His career (including rap) is far from over. This was almost 5 years ago now and we are still talking about him. He clearly isn’t a “15 minutes” of fame type. He’s been around 10+ years and wouldn’t be surprised if he was for 10+ more. Is he in ems level? No. Is he a tented artist in his own right? Absolutely. It’s hard to see the accolades and think differently. Just cause he dissed your fave rapper doesn’t mean you have to hate him. You can like them both.
