RAPTOR intercooler kit - BY FENIX! Unboxed & Installed!

We're back on the Raptor this week and tackle the start of our cooling issues - Our friends at FENIX PERFORMANCE sent over their intercooler kit for us to install! - We can't thank the guys enough. initially we were only looking at unboxing, but the kit seemed that easy to install, we decided to throw it in too.

btw front bar doesnt need to come off, remove the steel skid plate , take off the Tow hooks and thats it , the rest is the plumbing from the engine bay , also while your working on that area fit the trans cooler kit from wholesale automatic transmissions

@@LS944 i have not fitted the ( herrod) style cooler , but they look like a nice product too , the wholesale cooler uses 2 x PWR coolers back to back , also you can get the correct ford oil from mancave garage mercon ULV my trans temp sits around 60 - 65 deg on a 37 deg day

Love your work lads. Would be interesting to see some 1/4 mile, roll racing type testing. I know theyre not built for that but would be a laugh. 2.4t running 12s would be pretty nuts. Also, brake upgrade options and suspension lift options. Why xyz is better than abc would be awesome.

got my fenix kit in dec , didnt have t shirts , stickers , black hose clamps or instructions, but it went on pretty good, and does its job

Are the IATs cooler or hoter now with the fenix pipes while doing slow normal driving?
