What level? If max lvl of that unit is 100 then you can't reverse. You can only reverse from tUR (max lvl 120)

That doesn't make sense. If you even try to awaken a reverse unit it should show that no awakening is available. If you have a unit reversed go the the "Team" menu, click "reverse" and then "Reverse Dokkan Awakening" it'll show all of your reversed units. if it does not that may be a glitch and you'll want to message Bandai (under the help menu) with the specifics

@ikzuq figured it out, when getting new units, always get 4 extras to unlock the hidden potential paths, and the game automatically brings your card down to the appropriate rank to use the exact same u Extra unit to unlock paths Also always get a 5 sa extra incase of ezas for 120 units which gives max 15 sa or lrs getting 25 sa So depending on the unit will end up needing to farm 19 to 29, so your units are far from useless even if you rushed awakening, just an extra step needed before upgrading super or unlocking potential

You probably have him set for Chain battle then. CB won't let you awaken it reverse any linked units

Team > Reverse > Reverse dokkan awaken. It's a feature that allows you to add potential dupes without having to fully upgrade the unit.
