Your rapture teachings have corrected nearly 40 years of erroneous doctrine and beliefs on my part. I am so grateful for The Lord touching your life through the power of His Holy Spirit to teach sound, biblical and true eschatological doctrine to us. Thank you also for helping me to understand the true meaning of our Bema Seat appointment. I will confess I have been TERRIFIED of the Bema Seat. I have viewed the Bema Seat as the place where I will be shamed, humiliated and chastised for all of my failures, lack of obedience and marginal-at-best service to Jesus. Oh, and at the end of the terrifying experience of being face to face with the One whose eyes are as a flame of fire; being handed a "little tin crown" of "thank you for your participation; but ya didn't quite measure up..." By Gods Grace and Mercy; along with this Holy Spirit inspired series on The Rapture, my heart, mind and spirit are gently being corrected, encouraged and renewed. Thank you brother Andy!

Me, too! I had so many bits and pieces floating around from various teachings over the years and I've been trying to study and learn so much in other areas and be involved in prison ministry, that I hadn't had time to sit down and just concentrate on end times. I wasn't sure what to believe but was leaning mid-trib. When this covid thing hit and just bizarre things happening, my thoughts were towards the end. So I began poking around on the Internet until I stumbled upon Pastor J.D. Farag who mentioned Andy in his teaching. So I started watching a bunch of Andy's teachings--late at night when things quieted down and I could really concentrate. Now--by the Holy Spirit--all the pieces of the puzzle are falling into place and I feel confident and at peace. Great arguments he brings up are bonuses! Answers all my questions for sure!

Pastor Andy has been raised up for a time such as this there is so much confusion and erroneous teaching in the Christian world .I can’t get enough , sound solid scriptural teaching .

@@doug6280 Me neither. It's important though, to know the difference between opinion/interpretation and out and out false teaching. We're all learning--even the pastors and teachers. Just because someone may be mid-trib (for example) does not make them a "false teacher". Some people teach from ignorance or they just haven't come to see it different yet and we should have patience. I love to hear pastors say they used to think one way about something, but over the years, have come to see it differently or in a new/better way etc. False teachers teach an entirely different Gospel. A 'health and wealth' gospel or that Jesus is not God. Or a gospel of salvation based on works or "being 'good' " or doing 'good things' in order to earn God's favor to get to heaven. But, like you, I'm glad to have learned about Andy Woods...I believe the closer to God's truth one teaches, preaches--the more delicious it is to hear!

@@doug6280 I was confused as a new Christian...we are all at different stages. Disciples asked LOTS of questions of Jesus trying to understand things in their OT and of the end times. On the road to Emmaus, the Holy Spirit opened their minds to fully comprehend the scriptures concerning Messiah. Paul speaks of babes in Christ, youths and mature as stages of growing in understanding. In Acts, there was one guy preaching with enthusiasm, but didn't have it quite right. A couple of Christians corrected him, and he was eager to learn it. Any time we learn, or grow in our understanding it's the Holy Spirit giving us this grace. Another pastor JD Farag in HI tells of being all over the place in his beliefs of end times...post trib, mid trib and finally, thanks to a golden piece of info he got from Andy Woods---is now firmly, peacefully a Pre-trib. So sometimes it just takes time to ponder things and God will bring the answer in due time. Andy Woods has been a huge help with all the details. But God is the one who gives the growth...when we'r actively seeking, He's pleased to give you the ah-ha moment!

The Lord led me here to straighten out my Bible prophecy understanding. Wow, I'm glad I'm not in that "generation". I'll be in Heaven for some time before "that generation". Thank you Pastor Andy for your wonderful clear teaching. I will be going back over this lesson and taking notes and marking my Bible until I have erased the previous programming. I pray that Bible prophecy teachers hear this and learn. I'm 80 so it's not too late to learn!

Well, this was an eye opener. Was disappointed to learn that I had previously been incorrectly taught about the timing of the rapture (fig tree and generation won't pass away verses taken out of context) BUT i would much rather have biblically accurate information. I’ve been listening to Dr. Woods and Amir Tsarfati weekly for two years. I don’t remember Amir ever “calculating “ the date of the Rapture. He states that he is not a prophet, but he “thinks” we are the final generation, not because of dates but presents circumstances and standings of nations.

Yes, the Bible speaks of "signs" and those who are awake and watching will see Bible prophecy come to pass. Certain scripture passages begin to make more sense. Ironically, unbelievers have been talking about a new world order/One World Order for a long time and everyone called them conspiracy theories and 'tin foil hat' guys. Guess what? Now we understand the hatred for America and political powers trying to bring America down because we cannot remain a sovereign nation under a one world government. And all the other governments are already compromised. You do not have to be a "prophet" to comprehend. The Holy Spirit is revealing it to us.

Likewise, I too have been listening. But recently, Amir took a stand on the parable of the 10 virgins as being addressed to the church. I come away from that wondering if I am good enough to be in the rapture! NOT SO! It might be a couple more weeks before Andy gets there, but I'm not believing what Amir has said. I love Amir. Love the prophecy updates, but this stand he took has really turned me off. Amir even went as far as referring to one of Andy's sources as being false. It sure seemed like he was aiming at Andy. Jack Hibbs teaching on this parable is also problematic to me. Similarly, I love Jack and have listened to him a lot, but somehow has done a similar thing as Amir.

I’d been waiting for you to address the fig tree parable. There are so many people today that believe the rapture must happen by May 14, 2021, so that the second coming can happen by the time the rebirth of Israel reaches 80 years old. Well, now I'm depressed. I was honestly hoping this year might be our last and now... Sigh. I would rather know the truth than hope in a lie and I really do appreciate this teaching, but I'm so discouraged. There isn't much reason to hope for the soon return of Christ, honestly. The world is awful and getting worse, but it could get much, much lower before Jesus comes. It feels pointless to even hope at the moment. What is there to look forward to? Pain and misery, stretch for years. Great.

May I encourage you to look around at those who are still lost and searching? Take baby steps and start sharing the gospel. So many people, checkers at stores for example, who take the anger of shoppers having to wear these stupid masks. Just being warm and friendly, asking if you can pray for them, opens a door. Please can you comment: there are so many false prophets out there ( many claimed 2020 would be a great year and now they are proven wrong! LOL) I thought Hebrews 1:1-2 meant that there are no modern day prophets but rather God is speaking to us through his Son in our current age. I chose to listen to the Bible and not all these wacky so called prophets out there! Alternatively does Acts 2 mean that the dreams and visions we hear of so much are to be expected now? I just don’t know. I prefer the Bible and sermons that quote the Bible. Please can you clarify this!

While there are enough verses all through the Bible about the great tribulation being 42 months but still for Jesus to say that "No one knows", is it possible it is because of what he says in Mathew '24:22 that the days will be cut short? Is it a possibility that it will be shortened by some days and because that has not been revealed, No one including those who have read the word will know except Father in heaven? Also, is this what the seven thunders uttered that John was asked not to write since that will remain a mystery until that day. Is this the mystery referred to in Reve 10: 7? Thanks

Brother Andy, Wanted to say thanks for your studies and efforts of preserving in God's Word. I had been a victim of charismatic and refomed theology for years. thank you for your videos... love your teachings Pastor but, the 'all these things' in the parable of the fig tree is not the ONE thing of the abomination but it refers to ALL these things meaning every thing in Matt.24... otherwise He would have said this thing or said when you see the abomination but He said ALL these things... we saw the destruction of the Temple in 70 AD... then there are the parallels with Rev.6 which are part of the ALL these things... so it is not just the second half but the first half also... the reason why many interpret the generation beginning in 1948 is because as the fig tree puts forth its leaves refers the Nation begins... it comes alive again... question... looking around at the world, how fast things are moving to the beast system, how long do you think before the start of the tribulation? not trying to date set but anybody with eyes to see can tell we are on the verge...

The Word says “We will “see the day approaching.” I’m not sure I agree with Andy’s analysis about the starting point being the desecration of the temple. Why would there be a whole 40, or 70 or 80 years allowed after that point? It will be 3.5 years from that point. I’m not date setting, but that interpretation of the prophetic clock for Israel once again beginning to tick on May 14, 1948 (Isaiah 66:8 - “Can a nation be formed in a day...?” Makes sense to me. If we fit the 7 year Tribulation within the 80 years, that would mean the Rapture needs to occur before May 14, 2021. If it hasn’t come by then, I will clearly see this is not the accurate interpretation of this passage and the fig tree parable. BUT, it is not mixing Israel and the Church. As Matthew 24 is I believe talking about the events of the Tribulation, and Jesus said “all these things”, just as we know Thanksgiving comes before Christmas, even though all indicators and signs say “Christmas is coming!”, we know the rapture is before the Tribulation, so as I see things lining up that indicate the Tribulation is near, I am looking for the Rapture soon!

These are not born again believing Jews. These are those who come to Christ during the tribulation. Some are dead and in Heaven under the Altar, and some are still on earth. Matthew 24:31 He sends His Angels to Gather, but no mentioning of gathering unto Christ. Just gathering them. Also, no mention of them going to Heaven to the place He prepared for them. John 14:3 "...and receive you unto myself..." This is where we are gathered unto Christ to go to the place He went to prepare for us. Which fits perfectly with 1 Thessalonians 4:17 ...and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

I may have just missed it: I tend to read comments when I should be paying closer attention. But sometimes it gets confusing when talking about Israel (according to the flesh) and Israel (according to the Spirit). I keep the two groups straight in my own head by calling them Jews and Church. Jews being non believers and Church being all believers.

I respect and appreciate Andy's teaching. And agree with most of it, including the idea that Matt 24 does not support the commonly held fig tree generation interpretation. If the Lord tarries beyond 5/14/21, then that interpretation is simply wrong imho. But then when Andy emphatically says "2037 is going to come and go" and then tacks on an almost gratuitous sounding "if the Lord tarries", it is hard for me not to wonder whether he truly lives with a genuine expectation that we could go up at any moment, not as a mere theological possibility, but as a practical substantive hope based upon the prophetic signs all around us. Imho, based on what's happening in the world today, I don't think there is any way we make it to a 2030 harpazo, or even anywhere close to that.

Don't be discouraged. What Dr Woods is saying does not take away anything from the signs that we are seeing in the heavens or the season that we're in because we are clearly in the season. We can see all the things that are happening in the geo political so how can we doubt that it's not close. Now,maybe it's not going to be before may 14th of 2021-2022, but with the rapid rate at which the vaxx is being rolled out and I feel every subsequent vaxx, that just takes us closer to the mark of the beast so that would then mean we are that much closer to being out of here.

The rapture issue is really a simple matter that many people have greatly complicated over the years. How can it be simple? There are only 2 main scriptures you need to know. These are 1. Mt. 13:24-30 Jesus told them another parable: “The kingdom of heaven is like a man who sowed good seed in his field. But while everyone was sleeping, his enemy came and sowed weeds among the wheat, and went away. When the wheat sprouted and formed ears, then the weeds also appeared. “The owner’s servants came to him and said, `Sir, didn’t you sow good seed in your field? Where then did the weeds come from?’ “`An enemy did this,’ he replied. “The servants asked him, `Do you want us to go and pull them up?’ “`No,’ he answered, `because while you are pulling the weeds, you may root up the wheat with them. Let both grow together until the harvest. At that time I will tell the harvesters: First collect the weeds and tie them in bundles to be burned; then gather the wheat and bring it into my barn.’“ The 1st clue is "Let both grow together until the harvest." When you know when that time is you will have the answer. Does the Bible tell us when the harvest will be? Yes. Where in scripture is it? 2. The book of Revelation chapter 14; Re. 14:14-20 I looked, and there before me was a white cloud, and seated on the cloud was one “like a son of man” with a crown of gold on his head and a sharp sickle in his hand. Then another angel came out of the temple and called in a loud voice to him who was sitting on the cloud, “Take your sickle and reap, because the time to reap has come, for the harvest of the earth is ripe.” So he who was seated on the cloud swung his sickle over the earth, and the earth was harvested. Another angel came out of the temple in heaven, and he too had a sharp sickle. Still another angel, who had charge of the fire, came from the altar and called in a loud voice to him who had the sharp sickle, “Take your sharp sickle and gather the clusters of grapes from the earth’s vine, because its grapes are ripe.” The angel swung his sickle on the earth, gathered its grapes and threw them into the great winepress of God’s wrath. [That is, about 180 miles (about 300 kilometres)] The scripture in Matthew is a parable which is a story Jesus told to make a point. Every parable has truth in it even though some of the scenarios may not actually have happened exactly as described. So an explanation is needed. Mt. 13:10-17 The disciples came to him and asked, “Why do you speak to the people in parables?” He replied, “The knowledge of the secrets of the kingdom of heaven has been given to you, but not to them. Whoever has will be given more, and he will have an abundance. Whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken from him. This is why I speak to them in parables: “Though seeing, they do not see; though hearing, they do not hear or understand. In them is fulfilled the prophecy of Isaiah: “`You will be ever hearing but never understanding; you will be ever seeing but never perceiving. For this people’s heart has become calloused; they hardly hear with their ears, and they have closed their eyes. Otherwise they might see with their eyes, hear with their ears, understand with their hearts and turn, and I would heal them.’ [Isaiah 6:9,10] But blessed are your eyes because they see, and your ears because they hear. For I tell you the truth, many prophets and righteous men longed to see what you see but did not see it, and to hear what you hear but did not hear it". What about all the other scriptures about the rapture? Some are legitimate and some have nothing to do with it. This agrees with all the legitimate NT scriptures. I'll reference some here if you want to do further study: Mt. 24:30-31, I Th. 5:1-11, II Th. 2:1-12, I Co. 15:51-58. So, the harvest of the earth is the rapture!

It's not a wheat harvest it's the final harvest of people in the earth. Here the weeds, wicked people, are represented as grapes to be crushed in the winepress of the wrath of God. This is not a parable it's the real thing. I didn't arbitrarily decide anything, I just followed the trail God laid out in scripture.

Mt 24:31 "episunago" is not just a Hebrew term. It is also used in Mk 13:27, and 2Th 2:1, where the context indicates it to be a synonym of the harpadzo-rapture. Moreover, our rapture will only occur after those who belong to Christ are first resurrected (1Th 4:15-17), which resurrection will occur only after he has annulled every rule, power and authority just before "The End" (1Cor 15:22-24), on the "Last Day" (Jn 6:39,40,44,54), not 7-years before "The End of the Days", when Daniel arises and is stood in his allotted place , after the 7-year tribulation (Dan 12:13).

Jesus also said that it’s the ‘abomination of desolation’ spoken through Daniel the prophet. Daniel said the desolation would happen halfway through a 7 year covenant, so at the 3.5 year mark. Daniel also was told that the amount of time between the abomination of desolation and the end would be time, times and half time (3.5 years) So this just underscores that Jesus is in fact talking about the same events Daniel was speaking of. And as it’s happening in real time, it will be comforting to those Jewish believers who are being supernaturally protected for the second half of the tribulation to have Jesus promise that they will see the end. “And I heard the man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the stream; he raised his right hand and his left hand toward heaven and swore by him who lives forever that it would be for a time, times, and half a time, and that when the shattering of the power of the holy people comes to an end all these things would be finished.” ‭‭Daniel‬ ‭12:7‬ ‭

The first three kings over the children of Israel, Saul, David and Solomon, each ruled for forty years (1050 to 930 B.C.). After the united kingdom split into two separate pieces, King Joash served forty official years (39 actual years) as one of Judah's better kings. Abraham tried to bargain with God to not destroy Sodom and Gomorrah if forty righteous people were found (Genesis 18:29). Both Isaac and Esau were forty years old when they were first married (Genesis 25:20, 26:34).
