Last Thursday I spontaneously lost hearing in my left ear. I'm now on day two of treatment on a high dose of steroids and I'm crying as I can start to hear your voice again. Your videos have helped me calm my ADHD and anxiety for years. Thank you for everything! If you ever suddenly lose hearing in one ear, don't wait and seek medical attention as soon as possible! SSNHL has to be treated very promptly to increase the chances of recovery! Take care of your ears, we really take them for granted until we lose use of them...
