It still makes an old timer like me laugh when I see that the "in" look is your dark roots showing. My friends and I would knock ourselves out to make sure that our roots did not show. On the other hand, if dark roots being a good thing is popular, that's not as bad as life has changed over the years.

Hi Eileen! I just received this wig in Shaded Biscuit. This style is most like the way I wore my hair before I started experiencing hair loss. The ends tend to want to flip upward in the back. Is it okay to use a flat iron to straighten the ends? I would like it to look more like it looks in your video. I am very new to wigs and still trying to learn the ropes. Yes, this is heat friendly so you can apply heat, however you might look at some KZbin videos to make sure you use the correct heat level and tools. Thanks so much for watching! xoxo

Love the color...I've always loved the look of rooted styles, but usually the hairline with the dark root is too severe for me. I have very fair complexion. This looks like the hairline has lighter shades blended into the lace front so it's not so stark, right?
