This is footage from Rally Hokkaido, taking place in the rally stages of Rikubetsu-town and Otofuke-town!Some of the stages include those from when Rally Japan was a gravel rally event. This series is the Japanese Rally Championship(全日本ラリー), the highest level domestic series in Japan, and the champion is decided through eight rallies held throughout the year.

Thank you! This is the location where Rally Japan was held on Gravel(2004~2007). I really love this rally because of the variety of locations to watch! He is a doctor and, as far as I know, the only C3R5 in Japan.
