Why there is no boat? The rara is very big and beautiful. Boat is necessary

It's because of high wind and also to preserve the nature I guess. There is like 3 to 4 boats operated by army but only in the morning time.

How do i get to Rara lake from Kathmandu?

Area you trying to go there by flight? Then, you can take Flight from Kathmandu. It will be like Kathmandu Airport to Nepalgunj Airport stopover and from then Nepalgunj Airport to Talcha Airport. From Talcha Airport you can do nice 2 hour hike to Rara Lake and if you don't like hiking then simply take Horse Ride.

Oh I didn't noted that. Sorry for that. Rara is bit expensive as there is only 2 resort there. But other places is just normal... So, it depends on the type of trip you plan.
