日本語は英語の下です。レシピを詳細に忘れていてごめんなさい。追加しておきました。 Cheese scones (serves 12) * Emmental cheese-100g * Olives-30g * Cake flour-250g * Caster sugar (sugar)-2 tablespoons * Sea salt-1/2 teaspoon * Baking powder-1 tablespoon * Baking soda-1/4 teaspoon * Unsalted butter-75g* Cut into 1cm cubes and refrigerate until ready to use. * Egg---1 (M) * Plain yogurt---100g * Milk---2 tbsp * Cream cheese-100g * Chives-20g * Lemon juice, a pinch of sea salt * Before baking, heat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/Gas mark 6 1. Grate the Emmental cheese, drain the olives and chop them. 2. Sift the flour, baking powder and baking soda into a bowl, add the castor sugar and sea salt. 3. Beat the egg and set aside 1 tbsp for glazing. Mix the beaten egg, yogurt and milk. 4. Add the butter to the flour and rub in with your hands until smooth. 5. Add the yogurt from 3 to the flour and mix with a rubber spatula without kneading. Add 2/3 of the cheese from 1 and the chopped olives and mix. 4. Turn out onto a floured surface (not included in the recipe, you can use either soft or strong flour) and roll out to a diameter of about 20cm, then cut out into 6cm circles. 5. Place on an oven tray lined with parchment sheet, brush the surface with the beaten egg separated in step 3, and top with the remaining cheese. 6. Bake in a preheated oven for approximately 12 to 15 minutes, until the surface is golden brown and the inside is cooked through. 7. While this is baking, make the dip. Mix chopped chives with cream cheese, and season with lemon juice and seasol. 8. Serve while still warm with the cream cheese and chive dip. チーズスコーン(12個分) * エメンタールチーズ-100g * オリーブ-30g * 薄力粉---250g * キャスターシュガー(上白糖)---大さじ2 * シーソルト---小さじ1/2 * ベーキングパウダー---大さじ1 * 重曹---小さじ1/4 * 無塩バター-75g*1cm角に切り、使う直前まで冷蔵庫で冷やしておく。 * 卵---1個(M) * プレーンヨーグルト---100g * 牛乳---大さじ2 * クリームチーズ-100g * チャイブ-20g * レモン汁、シーソルト少々 *焼く前にオーブンを200℃ / 180℃ ファン付き / ガスマーク6に温めておく 1.エメンタールチーズはすりおろし、オリーブは汁気を切って刻んでおく。 2.薄力粉、ベーキングパウダー、重曹を合わせてふるいボウルに入れ、キャスターシュガー、シーソルトも合わせておく。 3.卵を溶いて、大さじ1を艶出し用に取り分ける。溶いた卵とヨーグルト、牛乳を混ぜておく。 4.バターを粉類に加え、手でサラサラと揉み込む。 5.粉類に3.のヨーグルトなどを合わせてゴムベラで練らないように混ぜ合わせる。1.のチーズの2/3量、刻んだオリーブを加えて混ぜる。 4.打ち粉(分量外、薄力粉でも強力粉でも可)をした台に取り出し、直径20cm程度に伸ばした後、直径6cmの丸型で抜く。 5.パーチメントシートを敷いたオーブントレーに並べ、表面に3.で分けておいた溶いた卵を塗り、残りのチーズをのせる。 6.温めたオーブンで12~15分程度、表面がきつね色になり中に火が通るまで焼く。 7.焼いている間にディップを作る。クリームチーズに刻んだチャイブを混ぜ、レモン汁、シーソルとで味を整える。 8.温かいうちにクリームチーズとチャイブのディップを添えてどうぞ。

Hi Mizue, your table settings are so so beautiful. I love all your plates and food arrangements. Your friends must truly enjoy your hospitality. Just perfect! And those antique stores amazing the first store was my favorite it was just filled with beautiful plates, i could not decide which one i liked best and wow super old and antique. Yes, I agree that town was super pretty, antique too! Lovely Christmas tree! I will be traveling to my country of origin for this Christmas…so will look forward to find you there next month…be well and take good care. Happy days for you and Merry Christmas! 🌹
