RARE Disney Doll Hair Reroot: Charlotte "Lottie" LaBouff from Princess and the Frog

In this video, I'm FINALLY giving my Charlotte Disney Store doll a well deserved hair make=over! I bought this Disney doll second hand years ago, and I finally got around to giving her the transformation she needed!
To achieve the new look for Lottie, I decided to do a full reroot on her in saran hair. I used a mixture of the colors colors sunlit blond, ash blond, platinum blonde and champagne blonde
I also cut her hair in a long bob, to give her a modern twist on her original hairstyle, as worn in the movie Princess and the Frog. After that, I curl her hair with straws and dress her in my pink dress that I made for Ariel!

I love Charlotte! I didn't like the second version because to me it didn't look exact, but when I found out about the first one I had to have it because it looked more like Charlotte. I finally found one and I'm planing on altering her dress I took from the second edition to look as poofy and big as the film version. because that's what Charlotte would have wanted. The second edition looked like a young skinny version of sofie from Anastasia. So with the aid of some clay I encourage the new edition to look exactly the sofie we see in the Anastasia film. I just need to get a plus size Barbie body and with some added sculpting I'll have a sofie doll.

I loved your video and thank you for sharing. You can also have a heating pad and leave the head on it for it to stay soft without getting it wet all the time. I've also seen people put the heads in zip lock bags and dip the head in the boiling water so it won't get wet but that method I've never tried. Anyway what ever works for you is always best. 🥰🥰🥰
