@Shafqat Ishan in the description, you can watch the redone video of this clip. The original video is from 4 years ago. While this clip is from a redone video from 3 years ago. Even in the video for this redone video, and which this clip is from, it shows her" nursing herself for a week in the snow from her bruised and beaten hind legs." However, like I said this clip, and the video made thst it was takin from the actual video that's a full year older. Either way, while I will correct myself if indeed it was one week and not two, the real point of my comment is that the leopard was not "completely fine ", it stayed within a few hundred meters of the catch for at least a week because it needed to to heal. What this beautiful animal did in this video was amazing enough on its own. there is no need to exaggerate it further than its reality.

In fact, this is the only animal capable of taking down a markhor! Forgot to mention, they can manoeuvre while falling through their long heavy tail by which they take sure they don't land on delicate parts of the body

Cats in general also have their front legs sort of suspended, no real collar bone-its all sinew like a hammock in there to absorb impacts. When falling they splay themselves out to parachute a bit. You see this in the first fall.

I have been watching internet videos since around 1995, and this is one of the craziest things I have seen.

They just free fell like a 100 feet and then rolled another 1000 and the cats still alive holding the sheep!! Crazy toughness

The fact that this leopard was only a little "banged up" defies everything I thought I understood about physics and the natural world. I simply can't process it.

Yet we're told "If attacked by a mountain lion you should hit it in the head as hard as you can." Harder than a 45' drop onto a boulder? "Sure."

@Space Cowboy -this only works with snow leopards because they don't want their fur to get wet. It's their main aspect of surviving the cold, so to them a stream of water can literally be deadlier than jumping off a cliff. A mountain lion wouldn't have that problem, as they don't have to endure near-arctic temperatures.

What's the ending? Did the Leopard survive the fall? What happened in the end?

Ни один хищник не сравниться со снежным барсом - он поистине повелитель горных вершин . Благородное и величественное животное которое надо беречь для наших потомков.

Looking and thinking: how difficult is to survive for predator in that severe conditions. His seeing, hearing, speed, balance and agility must be at the top. But these mountains, snow and rocks are their home...
