That tag looks like it's from Unique Thrift store. They get a lot of donations and sometimes the staff will price items without checking. It doesn't surprise me that he found a real LV bag for $10. I've bought lots of stuff from Unique really "cheap" that were worth a lot. -Vintage Birkin bag for $25.00 (2nd one I've found in a Thrift store. -recently a violin for $100.00 (cost online $3K). This is the 2nd violin. -paints and lithograph ect... I research the product, buy low so the price has a high resale value.
