RARE New Holland 525 Drag chopper with Engine, Case IH 130 Tractor 26/06/24

This very rare New holland 525 drag chopper with its own P6 engine has been on this farm over 30 years and i have been wanting to film for a while . Also Case IH130 pulling the drag and a case IH 5150 doing the carting, filmed near Clapham north Yorks England

Now that’s a find Steve! Not many engine-on choppers about now, they used to be quite popular in the 80s but few and far between now. Pleased to see this farm has held on to theirs. Great video, cheers David

Yes it seems not that long ago the 80s David when self propelle foragers were rare, now the other way round now, it was great to see still working well, Cheers Steve .

Wow that took me back excellent video Bet some off these young ones not seen a trailor change over when chopping before lol Bought a brand new new holland 550 choper off crofts at kendal and put a engine on the drawbar With a little advice from david cowking off slaidburn they were the days And the two wheels on the one side off chopper nrly forgot about them heck that jogged a few memorise Top video as always

Great stuff Tom, yes we used get bits from slaidburn, indeed i used to help cart grass this way for a neighbour, never side filled, great story, cheers Steve . 👍🚜
