i was going to mention Araminta in the comments as soon as I saw the "old money" - but you included it, of course! such a beautiful name, and i love both Minty and Minnie as nicknames. i've loved Effie ever since i heard the name in the first series of Skins, and love Montague for a boy as a full name for the nickname Monty - so much nicer than Montgomery! 💞

Love seeing Euphemia here! Had this one on our short list for quite awhile and it's still on the table as a possible middle. I saw a variation of Gertrude recently, Giertrue, and I really really like it (more gear than ger, and while I love a girls name that ends in a strong letter D sound I think the dropping of the D brings sone needed softness in this case.) True or even Greer could work as nickname options.

Not sure if it's old money, but a name I like which means wealth/treasure is Ozara (an alternative form of the Hebrew name Otzara). I think it's really pretty and a different alternative to Zara. I found it when I was looking for names for my toy Niffler haha, and I went with it; I call her Ozzie for short, and she has a big younger brother called Ozwald (Oz) now.

I love the name Hyacinth but I got stuck on the nickname until I thought *duh* Cinthy! Good way to honor a Cynthia too! ❤ Also a video idea that I wanted to suggest is storybook names for girls, but not Disney-type names; rather “old folk storybook” names! Very Nordic, strong, mysterious. Names like Enid, Greer, Briar, Bryndis, etc. ✨💕
