Ohhh plz.. how can you feel proud on that era when religious stupidity and illiteracy was on top.... Child marriages, no place for women inthe society, No rights to women, inequality, discrimination on the basis of caste, education was not for all only for brahmins, social backwardness, no morden law, society was divided in deep-rooted religious false belives... Yes life was very peaceful and easy in that era but the sad reality is it was not equal for all. unimaginable how lower class people was treated in that time..

Tribal Women had more freedom to wear clothes as they like.
@JNR91723 жыл бұрын
They wore what was historically & culturally traditional to them. It was only under colonialism that the British Raj were embarrassed with how the Indian woman dressed & got us into the “Maan Mariyada Bachao” trend & forced the Indian woman to wear Victorian style blouses. Food for thought....??

I wished Britishers never left india. They united the 100s kings and made big india . They developed nation and create such a big sculptures and buildings. In 1942 one dollor was equall to 1 rupees and when they left, our economy collapsed. Our kings were divided in many kingdom . They concured one by one and made big india. Do you know that himanchal, Uttarakhand , sikkim, Darjeeling belonged to nepal and then the britishers invaded and add to india . They constructed the railways , cellular jails , big buildings and the roads . Just wow. Jaya hind
