As I said at the end, that was the Best. Day. Ever. We all know how much I love the one, the only, Queen Yankee Tango. I totally agree with you, Kevin. She is not just any 747, she is the Queen of queens. And she deserves all the recognition and love she gets. She means way more to me than most of you know. If you know me, then you get it. If not, you'll understand. Heck, even Rudy gets it because he's cool like that. But she's meant more to me over the last 2 months. YT coming to LAX 5 times in May is no accident. Having her and Mike Kilo together is no accident. My dad knew I love Yankee Tango and Lufthansa more than anything (even birds) and he was impressed with how big the 747-8i is (and of course I showed him our girl). After he passed, she flew over my house. She's been over my area twice since then. And I love that about AVL. We're one big, crazy aviation geek family. And I'm your crazy LHIO who loves one 747 more than the others.

I fly Lufthansa at least twice a year to visit my Siblings in Europe. My fav seat/s aboard the Queen are either 1A or 1K which put me seated forward of the cockpit. 😉👍🏻.

@@lisawesley7132 Maybe you want to reread my comment. If the 777X would have been delivered by the time Boeing promised, we would not see some of these 747s and probably none LH A380 anymore. The A380 were already retired, but activated again this year. Including new pilot training. Same goes for all of their A340s.
