6:00 That's an absurd rule; if a player *intentionally* handles the cue ball and essentially places it where he wants it (to his advantage, or more properly, to his opponent's disadvantage) then surely it should be the same rule as a potted cue ball?? Not just a 4 point foul and we carry on as if nothing happened??! In professional snooker when that happens the frame should be awarded to the opponent, and a re-rack.
