While it's fun to collect, Mattel did have a series of fun and exciting Highway 35 World Race cartoons for Nickelodean about ten years ago. They also had a bunch of Hot Wheels too! I bought some rare variations and even some hard to find regular releases at the 2016 Hot Wheels Convention in Los Angeles, California

Fun fact! (Sorry for all the comments...) In the movie, the 3D model for Mega Duty never has any decals! It's actually just a plain, reflective brown truck.

I remember when these were at Target ... and nobody was buying them. But when they went on clearance they started selling. I bought a bunch of them. However I got the more realistic ones Stuff like the Roadrunner , the Nomad and of course the Red baron. But its the " Virtual " cars ...at least thats what I call them , those are the ones that are REALLY sought after.

Man, I would give all my money to have all of those beautiful cars! I never owned any of them as a kid, well I technically owned a few re paints, but never any the official cars. I'm trying to get at least the team leaders, especially Deora 2. That car was my favorite!

Just wondering. Did you ever pick up the Highway 35 2003 RLC Convention exclusive zamac 5-car box set? It had the '70 Road Runner, Deora II, Ballistik, and Krazy 8. I got luck and was able to acquire the Road Runner for my collection.

I'm not (was) into Highway 35...but I always check your videos of the kind, and...you work your magic, and in a couple of minutes I was hooked, the love you show on the matter, the details, the camera angle the rythim and I will defenetely start a Highway 35 collection not all but the majority interests me! I always get sad and let down when I watch these videos. I love your channel, but when you make a Highway 35, or Acceleracers, I get sad since I love those 2 hot wheels sets, but I wasn't old enough to. Like the then at the time, since when Highway 35 came out, I was only 3.😔 So this means I couldn't collect any of them really, neither the Acceleracers either. But I watch these since I love the series. Man, you're lucky you have multiple sets of each series. But I love your videos so keep up the good work!👍
