I have also found this PA near the omage to the breaking bad spot in the game. Its near a raider camp, near the Bee icon on the map. Happy hunting y'all

Near the Tea Pot, I have encountered the undetonated bomb. Every time I mess with it..... nothing! happens. :-)

​​@@FindersKeepers76 Seen the bomb twice. First time I cut the red wire and well.... as a lvl 14 you can not take a nuke. Later I cut the blue wire and got a bunch of scrap.

I saw it few times and i mess it up and it always blow up...i dont know if its possible to disarm it, or i am just unlucky

If you run into three cultists worshipping around an unlit bonfire, keep heading NNE along the ridge to the spawn site.

For the undetonated bomb, I chose to cut the red wire and it gave some scrap. Sadly, no explosion - but was prepared, in a PA, with full health.

That’s my spot to get a bunch of random encounters in that power armor that to be honest kind of looks like a unique complete set of radar armor. There’s nothing else seems like a good place to just grind out some fun, random encounters.

Found the Power armor following your instructions, after random encounter with sheepsquatch and raiders. It didn’t talk, so I just collected it. Dead raider next to it with a cryptic note stating that if I found the note, I’m dead too.

I found the same encounter walking to alpha site at lv 40 or 50 when I needed the nuke for the first time dude told me to keep it cause he was on a cliff near by dying and watching the scenery

Any random encounter location will work I think. I found it several times. Surprised you didn’t get the lemonade stand. I used to chase random encounters a lot looking for the skeleton and witch costume plans back before mutated party packs.

There's a couple different pools for random locations that only allow certain encounters at said spots. Power armor spots will never have for instance the traveling robot vendor. And the random encounter by Poseidon railroad vendor will never have the power armor. These two examples have completely different sets of random encounters.

WIth the undetonated bomb i have always had good (Or bad depending on what you are looking for) luck. I cut a wire and it becomes a loot box of electronic style junk.

Actually came across your shelter last night. I placed my shelter below you about 50 yards. The first time I arrived at the site, I found a partial Raider chassis with a note on the ground. p.s., the chassis had a mine booby trap which the note explained. The note let you basically know you're about to join the Raider corpse. I jumped clear as soon as I heard the mine beeping. Another time I arrived, a refrigerator laying on its face surrounded by three live settlers wearing the sack cloth masks and two corpses on the ground. As soon as I stepped up to the plateau, they all screamed and literally died. Not sure why.

Yep lots of fun encounters - I got cargobots, vertibirds, trick or treaters, floaters, blood eagles, etc... Got the armor about my 10th time. Same speech. Best encounter was a group of 4 super mutants fighting a Deathclaw.

If anyone hasn't answered yet... the undetonated bomb has options to cut colored wires. You choose whichever one, and hope for the best 😂. If you hear a beeping.... run. If you do disarm it you get to loot stuff off it. I can't remember what all stuff as I haven't encountered this one in a long time.

I did a public event the other day with some randoms and i kept hearing Liberty Prime from fallout 3 talking saying the same lines from that game about communism and such i thought i was losing my mind couldnt figure out where it was coming from

Hello, I found the power armour, yes! Thank you so much for the tip. Appalachia never stops to surprise me. To me, it said: " Ah, finally you found me aghh not me, you silly! I am gone now forever, beat it. Ha ha ha ha, you will never find who I am. Now it is all yours. Ha ha ha. " It was X01 PA.

I did not know this was considered a rare encounter, I frequently run into this random encounter on a daily, I have a few camps near by random encounter spots, especially right near this spot so I can farm ammo at the workshop near by, plus I'm looking for the witch outfit plans for one of my characters. The bomb will reward you with electrical scrap, the wires are random, it used to be blue for a long while with me until recently it exploded on me. 😂 No instant death if your full health, for the blood eagles, if you stay for a bit you will have 2 - 3 waves of blood eagles attacking you. My favorite encounter is the weakened super mutant that runs away from you or the guy that is scared of a rabbit. The rabbit guy is rare in my opinion. Also haven't seen the one where you have to leave something if you take something encounter for awhile now.

It's a chicken 😂 that makes it even better. I ran into him in the mire while trying to listen for a beacon. I slayed his beast only to turn around and find him being attacked by a deathclaw. Sadly I was low ammo and stimpaks, so I couldn't avenge him, ✊ his memory will live on, moment of silence. 🙏

Do I have any lobbies at all process thing as the lobby lobby is somewhere you’re waiting for an arena match to start my card or any other arena base game any mobile game internal lobby there are simply server instances, and you login and log out to login you get a server instant to log out your log back in you get another server you’re not in the lobby with anybodyif you’re in a lobby you could be text chatting or looking at the other character set up. that’s what a lobby is used to have a lobby sort of went ahead of battle Royale and everybody was standing inside the vault waiting for the start kind of like a lobby, but it doesn’t exist anymore and there are no lobby.
