@@DiaryOfAReseller thanks for your reply . Can I also ask do you avoid eBay authenticity guarantee when selling trainers ? I’ve had nothing but problems with this system. They count every scratch and claim item isn’t as described , my buyers were always happy when received though.. do you avoid this? If yes how to do this in shoes category.? Thank you

I'm not sure if there is a way to avoid it? I've only used it the once tbh and was pretty smooth, have just sold a pair heading off there today though so hopefully it goes ok 😬

@@DiaryOfAReseller that’s good to know. I’ve went through them twice with a bag but they were so so picky on every scratch despite me using all 24 photos. Eventually offered buyer to accept or return and buyer was very happy but the process was a pain twice 🙈 hope all goes well with the shoes ! Thanks for answering
