I played this last year at Atlantis in Reno... a very fun and interesting spin on the Buffalo franchise of games... I haven't seen it in too many casinos that I have traveled to. It was INCREDIBLE! I was part of the Max Bet TV event and documentary, which flew us from Vegas to Graton Casino last March! Sadly, the company went on hard times so the documentary may never see the light of day... :(

The animation for that wheel was done very poorly. Glad you won the 500!

I just watched it again, didn't notice anything out of the order actually. What did you see that you didn't like Kevin?

@@Thebigpayback The wheel was spinning at a fairly fast rate, slowed down and kept the same speed through a bunch of wedges. They only programmed the fast animation on a loop to last a couple of seconds and then played a slower animation on a loop until the value picked was in the correct position. It makes the wheel spin look unrealistic, wheels always go fast to stop in a steady progression due to friction. I'm just saying it was a poor digital representation of a physical wheel. Your reaction also shows what you would have expected didn't happen. You were expecting it to stop much sooner than it did because your brain was telling you it should based on the decrease in speed. But when it flattened out the speed, your brain didn't know how to react. All in all, a sloppy implementation.

Aha! I see exactly what you mean now! To be honest, my interpretation was just that it gave a lot of "drama" at the end, and it certainly did, hah! I wouldn't have thought that the implementation was anything other than what they truly wanted, and not just out of expediency, but I could be wrong. One thing I've LOVE to see done would be to see a true-odds wheel: I've suggested it to one at Aristocrat and now suggest it to you and if you use it, put my sig and a thanks on the instructions at the end, hah! Create a true-odds wheel that is huge that you only see a part of and use a double or triple wheel as needed and you get what you get. No weights at all! I'd love to see it done!
