i kinda hear that, but i think it sounds a lot more like 'failing' and the 'ing' just isnt very clear with the vocoder effect and whatnot. the 'ing' in 'rebooting' is similarly unclear that having been said i also take issue with the lyrics in the video, i think the 'rebooting's are definetely _'reloading'_
