Remember yagorath doesn't do much stat wise but she's a huge distraction and you should take advantage of that you can either play aggressively with spit talent or play supportive for your flank

I had so much fun with paladins back in the day. I can’t believe I was a Maeve main. Also drogoz. I can’t imagine trying to play those characters since I don’t think I could aim while in the air or dashing around anymore so when I play these day I usually pick someone like talus hahaha

Yagorath is all about teamwork just look around for your team and see when they are pushing and then push

With every other frontline in the game, it feels like I could carry the whole team on my back if I try. With Yag, I feel so hopeless. She definitely needs a rework for her to be less reliant on the team

as a Yagorath main, why? and in the first match, got the highest damage and kills on his team. even in the second match. I am wondering what were they doing. best items on Yagorath are Meditation, Unbound, Life Rip, and Armor Plating. Unnatural Persistence is just bad. there is a reason why it is her less played talent. it want you to play in a way that just put you in danger for less to no benefits and even less late game. this Talent needs a hard rework from this because this is never going to work. Yagorath has only 6 useful cards. Raze and Burn, Collateral Damage, Ancient Wounds and Futile Efforts, Extermination, and Last Efforts loadouts 5 Raze and Burn, 5 Collateral Damage, 2 Ancient Wounds and Futile Efforts, and Last Efforts 5 Raze and Burn, 5 Extermination. 3 Collateral Damage, and 1 Ancient Wounds and Futile Efforts Meditation so you don't running to your supports for healing and can health up out of combat faster then any support can health you. Unbound with Extermination because getting CC stun-locked gets you killed. Life Rip and Armor Plating with the other cards are for when you are in combat. if you need the health on ultimate card, you are too much in the open. when you use Acceleration as an attack, you have no way to get out of a fight when you need to. Acceleration is your best and only defensive option. it is best to use it to take cover behind the other team. that way with Meditation, you can health up and cut off the other team exit. if your team get one or two kills, then you can use it as an attack or to push up as fast as possible.

@@dylanmac7227 Corrosive Acid why? lets go over each of them Corrosive Acid is better because more damage means you kill faster and with the self healing setup, you heal yourself for more which means you last longer in the fights. overall more benefits in a team fight. Sight Begets Strength is interesting but due to too many people gets Wrecker if you have Ash Barik, Fernano, Khan, Mako, Nyx, Ruckus, Torvald, and Vivain. if you have none of them then it is still a maybe. the other problem is it is connected to your Primal Vision which you should not be using that often as it is. it is best to use it to find a target or when you are taking cover to see if someone is following you. so if you are spamming it like that, you won't have it up when you need it the most. Unnatural Persistence is just bad and always going to be bad if it stay the way it is. just read this and tell me why would this be a good idea. "Heal for 110 every 1s while on an objective and for 1s after leaving the objective. This effect increases the longer you maintain it, up to 275 every 1s." this is literally saying "hey I am standing in the open, shoot me and make this talent useless". you only get benefits from standing in the worst possible place. now when is this talent good? do you have 3+ supports on your team. go for it... no. even in this case, it is still better to go for Corrosive Acid with the self healing upset because you actually end up still getting more healing overall if you use cover.

If you use Collateral damage card and buy life rip, buying life rip is gonna have diminishing returns, no? So it's not really worth the credits

You could use the q just for some distraction when you know gonna take a lot of damage or for dmg when you know enemies are going to charge from some area

Cross progression is a yes, player count (on steam) is 9k (up from 8k in dec 2023) and the patches they are doing recently are actually quite bonkers: focusing on buffing old champions rather than releasing new ones (eg, 1-viable-talent champs get said talent base-kit. Happened to seris, io, furia & fernando next patch). There are less new skins than usual, though, since the main art guy left last year.

The main playerbase is console, though, so don't let those numbers get you down. Ranked queue for me (a gold) is less than a min during peak eu hours.
