You might've been able to do the darts with make X and still gotten 99 fletching in under 24 hours. You can change it in the settings, it's a fairly new feature so you may not have known about it. After I posted this I remembered that you said 2 skills in 40 hours though, so make X wouldn't work for that.

Do 99 mage. Then farm gold for 99 range then do 99 hp and then u can do combat eventually

Why would ranged be your first combat skill? With magic you could get 99 and then use that to unlock hp before progressing onto other combat skills.

You can get 99 ranged in 12 - 18 hours chinning mystics in a 100 scaled raid.

I got tendonitis during a double xp weekend (I play RS3), it's really manageable, I wouldn't say worth it, but you also risk carpal tunnel and maybe arthritis, both of which sound awful if you want to PC game.
