Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary is the end of Dubai Creek before the construction of Dubai Canal, hence the Arabic name which literally means "the head of the creek".
It is a wetland reserve in Dubai, renowned for attracting large numbers of migratory birds.!
There is no Entry Fee!
Best time to visit are:
From October to March- 07:30 AM to 05:30 PM
And from April to September 6AM to 6PM
Winter season December to March (weather will be cooler to travel)!
This sanctuary is famous for pink flamingo!
This sanctuary is home to 67 species of birds!
Binoculars are provide at each point for closer view of the birds. !
