You know...to "dictate outcomes" you would need to have an interpreter -- or transcriptionist -- with integrity, unless the "assymetrical warfare" that is being applied is one that engages in "remote observation" tactics and relies upon an intermediary to relay information and content. .

1.) Would we have things like GPS and the internet without the military? No. 2.) This man doesn't seem to care if we have a 9/11-style event here and there every so often. Who cares about thousands of people; it's only millions that matter. Obviously, his loved ones came through 9/11 unscathed.
