A Sunfired Gourmet Raw Food FEAST by @ArisLaTham

This is my first time experiencing this kind of cuisine and it did not disappoint! Dr Aris LaTham is the Father of Gourmet Ethical Raw Foods Cuisine and a true master of his craft. "The raw food movement owes much to Dr. Aris LaTham, a native of Panama. He is considered to be the father of gourmet ethical raw foods cuisine in America. Dr. LaTham debuted his raw food creations in 1979, when he started Sunfired Foods, a live food company in Harlem, New York. In the years since, he has trained thousands of raw food chefs and added innumerable recipes to his repertoire."
This feast was a unique one, with 10 year old vintage leaf tonic, raw plantain curry, cauliflower mash, spicy peanut okra, coconut jelly and nori wraps, raw linseed crackers, papaya paradise pie, and a few more that I missed because I was too busy chatting!

Aris Latham knows what he is doing, i am heading to that part as i start by making juice and coconut water i drink it with la little lemon juice it so good for your body, consuming foods and drinks which are not processed by high-heat or other fatal means, are completely plant-based, ideally organic and the fresher the better. Getting started on a raw food diet is a culinary adventure. Thanks matt for such a lovely video up up bro

@@RasKitchen oh come on 😂 You use terms like “interesting” to describe the food (which is a polite way to say: yuck) and you are visibly disgusted, your expression does not lie. Also whenever you say that the food is nice you visibly shake your head like saying “no”, maybe take a look at your video again and see by yourself what I’m talking about. Listen I know what raw veggies taste like and I don’t dispute a mainly vegetarian diet is good for your body. But there’s a reason we’ve been cooking food over a flame since a hundred thousand years ago: because food taste better cooked. Maillard reaction, caramelization, etc etc. also there is a reason we eat protein in animal form, because we get from meat what we cannot easily get from plants. A diet exclusively based on raw vegetables and fruit is sad for your palate, and is also neither balanced nor healthier than one containing some meat
