Fair play to Højlund, that's not a bad number for a debut season. Also considering that he doesn't get enough ball supplies at Man United, not to mention they're also lacking on decent ball suppliers. Bro would've scored 25-30 goals at least if he had similar privilleges as Haaland at Man City.

He’s done well in his first season for us. Rasmus scored a lot of goals in the Champions League group stages for us which was good. He did have a shaky start to the season as he struggled in the Premier League but then slowly found his feet with goals against Villa which was his first Manchester United goal in the Premier League, then against Wolves, the thunderbolt against Spurs, against West Ham, away at Villa, the brace against Luton, against Newcastle and then against Brighton. All his goals have been from mostly his brilliance or by himself as our other attackers have struggled to find him. So for a 21 year old striker in his first season he’s done well. Hopefully next season he can do more for us, score more goals, improve his hold up play and make more runs so the other teammates can find him and can assist him. We move on AND AS ALWAYS COME ON YOU RED DEVILS❤️🔥

Based on the poor crosses and lack of service he's done very well for a 21 year old in his first ever season in England. There is room for improvement but I truly think he's got it in him, composed on the ball and knows where the net is. I hope we bring in a coach to replace Benni Mccarthy, get him up to speed.

His trademark goal type seems to be picking up the ball around the penalty arc, taking 2 touches, and firing it low into the corner.. But my favourite goal was the chest deflection, that's pure striker instinct.

This lad is getting goals and he barely gets a lookin from his 'team mates' . As Winston Churchill said ....give us ( him ) the tools and he will finish the job . When Rasmus attacks a defence he is devastating ...............check out the way he played at Atlanta . He is not a ' back to goal player ' . I notice in the last two games Newcastle and Brighton Rasmus scored by directly attacking the opposition not just loitering hoping for a pass from Garnacho or McTominay . He ATTACKED with pace a purpose . he is two footed which is a big bonus for a main striker . He will score loads if he gets the supply .

The only issue I find with Hojlund is his final pass or specifically passing / decision making when all he needs to do is push the ball into the open space / lay the ball off for runners. The amount of times he receives then holds the ball while a defender on his back is pretty crazy, especially with bare amount of touches he gets per game. He then waits till he ultimately gets closed down by another defender or simple gets dragged down in which the refs are very stingy to give as a foul cause at the top level you'd always be told to let the ball go even though half the time when he does receive the ball he is on an island with 5 defenders around him.

He'll pass when he needs to, unlike Garnacho who'll attempt stupid shots. That kind of hunger to win instead of personal victory is also a good trait

@@w1nther930 Yep that's exactly that. His job is to score under the right conditions and he does that perfectly. Nearly all his shots in a good situation turned into goals. Garnacho as a winger is supposed to service him but he does the opposite and tries to be the striker which is completely selfish of him. That's what i worry about him when he gets older. I do hope he changes but i don't think he will. He's like rashford basically.

Right now, he is deluding himself by trying to be like Ronaldo. He needs to learn to control his lust for goals and imitating Ronaldo, because it blinds his decision making. The ideal Garnacho would be one who would still retain his goal scoring hunger, but also having the rationality to pass to Højlund or anyone else in a better position

I'd still take chicaritos goals over any of these so called lazy players..the difference is this new gen wants spectacular goals and we lose the match...our other strikers actually won us titles with their goals, garnacho is a good player, nothing more and same goes for holjund, the other members of our senior team should move on to somewhere more akin to their skill set, like the couch playing eafootball on easy level 😂

Man I really don’t want to see that selfish garnacho playing alongside Rasmus. Rasmus could’ve had more goals if that selfish player named Garnacho actually passed it to him, he single handadly destroyed Rasmus debut season. This chapri Garnacho is jealous of hojlund because he knows hojlund is better than him in every part of the game he is faster, stronger better finisher, better game sense and most importantly he hojlund is not selfish unlike that chapri Garnacho. At beginning I thought they just started playing together because of which they don’t understand each other better but as the time passes by it’s clear Garnacho is jealous of hojlund and would never pass him the ball. I was livid when Garnacho showed frustration when amad took shot instead of passing it to him this is what he always does to hojlund the level of hypocrisy showed by garnacho by showing his frustration is just on another stratosphere. With this attitude and selfish mindset he will not even makes pep subs. Rashford as much as trash he might be but he actually is not as selfish as that chapri Garnacho. Bench Garnacho next season or he might never learn to pass the ball to his striker. We need better RW who actually pass the ball and create with Garnacho it would be the repeat of this season I.e Garnacho destroying hojlund season by being the most selfish and jealous player. Garnacho is the embodiment of selfishness. Garnacho doesn’t play for the team but for himself.

Okay, enough about the Garnacho rant, you can't just blame him. Bruno also hasn't done much for Højlund, and Rashford and Antony could have also done more. I do agree though, Garnacho is trying too hard to be like Ronaldo, and it destroys his decision making. He needs to keep that ego to score goals himself, but also the rationality to pass to someone in a better position
