Moongdal - 1/2 cup
Potato - 1
Onion - 1
Poha - 1/2 cup
Garlic cloves - 8
Green chilli - 3
Ginger - 1 inch
Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Salt
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
kashmiri lal mirch - 1 tsp
Amchur powder - 1 tsp
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Sesame seeds - 2 tsp
Besan - 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves
Oil for frying

It may be good in your area, but for us it is simple Dal ka pakora in which no besan nor poha powder is required . No potatoes please. Secondly you have soaked the grinded dal in hot water for considerable time which is as good as soaking it for few hours in normal water. Your tagline of without soaking dal is also failed. Please don’t take it otherwise, simply these are my observations as I too play with snacks and recipes
