मुझे RasoiShop ने किसीका used किया हुआ और damage हूई Softel aata chakki भेजी है..... हमने Replacement के लिये complaint की तो बोले Replacement नही होगा, हमारी आधा घंटा Replacement के बारे मे बहस हो गई, तो फायनली हमने कहा Amount Refund करदो, तो ओ लोग बोले की Amount Refund नही होगा. उणको Replacement के लिये बहोत बार Request की, तो ओ लोग बोले Replacement नही होगा बाद मे उसने कॉल disconnect कर दिया...... बाद मे हमने बहोत बार कॉल किया तो कॉल उठा नही रहे.......मेरा Problem RasoiShop वालो ने solve नही किया........RasoiShop वाले की Replacement और Refund policy बहोत बोगस है.........RasoiShop वाले Product Replacement नही करते और Refund तो बिलकुल नही करते......Customer को Satisfied नही करते है ये RasoiShop वाले लोग........ मुझे ऐसा experience आया है........ I request all Indians Don't trust on online RasoiShop...
