There's a Korean version called Bingsoo/Bingsu, which is the same thing but you use milk instead of ice and you can either flavor the milk or yiu can just add some sweetener and top it with flavors. In addition to fruits, since its Korean they also have cool options like matcha, black sesame, or injeolmi (which is a soy powder and rice cakes and red bean paste and it sounds weird but freaking delicious!) and the shaved milk is like powdered snow.
