Very nice tutorial. I never programmed in scratch. You could make your breadboard cleaner and use less wires by just jumping your resistors to the ground rail. I will definitely check out your scratch tutorials since I want to start trying Node-RED and I understand scratch is a good starting point. No flow connectors but it looks somewhat similar.
