Raspberry PI in a Commodore 64

Hi thanks for the comments, I think the latest release has mounting holes, or so I have read in the PI forums. Too late for some of us! But luckily there were so many wires suspending mine in place that mounting was not a necessity.

This is a great projekt. Is there any coding involved, or is it (to put it simple) just installing Vice on the Pi, and then plug and play (and some soldering). By the way... the keyboard-adaptor is out now in version 2, and is obtainable again. So it is not hard to come by, anymore... :-)

I used Vice. it works well on Debian squeeze, check out the blog post in the links in the description :-)

I think VICE is the only compiled emu on the Distros. If it work for Linux then someone could compile it for the PI perhaps?

How did you get the c64 emulator to work outside the os cos i run it in Debian Linux OS it is very slow..Please help I am doing the same thing as you with my c64 case and keyrah..?

Keyrah can also be bought for amiga 1200/600 keyboards i have two mini itx based amiga,500.s .

Does it run Ancipital? Loads of C64 emulators don't run Ancipital properly which makes me RAAAGE. It looks like it's running okay, then oh no! dead for no reason for standing on the left wall... :(

Happy new year ***** its working as well as ever! I have spotted three more VICs on the net, and there is now a new Keyrah available from Vesalia Computer I guess as a C= becomes completely unserviceable a 314 can be made!

Sorry, not being critical! Its just like "we are going to make a formula 1 car because raleigh had a car and they made bicycles..." You are going to emulate a 6502, because the Pi uses an ARM and Acorn started off using 6502 chips..."
