That is a cool module. Lots of power in a surprisingly affordable little board. And it doesn't need an internet connection - that's a big bonus for security and privacy

It is, I am looking forward to automating everything but I did find sometimes when I am 3-4 m away and noisy background I have to shout for it to awake and wait for a command

Not sure, it depends on time I am just doing KZbin as a hobby when I have time, most my time I spend with my dogs or wife. I am working on a WS2812B control board at this moment, I did order the components to make a new smart plug like I mentioned in the videos. When I get those components I can work on it

There is a big error in the wiring diagram for this voice recognition sensor module with raspberry pi pico w. It shows VCC as pin 35 and ground as pin 48. There is no pin 48 on the pico . also Vcc should be pin 36, not pin 35 This is related to this KZbin video Raspberry Pi Pico Tutorial - Voice Recognition Module Sensor

Can you or someone post a code that turns on an LED when a certain word is spoken and is recognized. I'm not able to get this working when I modify the template code. When I run the template without any modifications it works very well generating a command number as a printout .

Update: I have the LED control script working for three LEDs - recognizing commands and turning on one of the three LEDs (red green and white ). I'm not sure how I can upload the code.

It might be that DFRobot has a written library I am not sure bur you can reach out to them. I don't plan to be affiliated with them for any project in the future.
