I made these for Eid and they were a hit! Such a perfectly moreish combination of white choc and raspberry. I reduced the sugar and used regular white choc only as I did not have the time to make caramelised white choc.

I've just made it i only had frozen cherries to add and it tasted so good! Butttt i only made 1/4 of it on a smaller "pan" it felt like 25 min wasn't enough cooking time for mine (it sank a bit in the middle after i removed it from the oven) but otherwise it tasted amazing! I would make it again for sure 😁!!!
