This is stunning Rassel!! 3 bedroom in 7x8... only YOU can do it!! The space distribution is "magnifique", there is such harmony in the house, clean and airy... the colour palette very neutral throughout, natural fabrics have been implemented and i loved the marble top choice having a touch of cream that blends perfectly with the rest of the house. Everything flaws naturally. The wall behind the tv in the sittingroom, with neutral colour brick like design is so modern and at the same time homely... loved it! It feels to me like I see more of the oak on the floor this time, and the wodden colour of the windows, stairs, are keeping a harmonious and complementary shade. It all breathes "nature" to me and there is nothing I love more than that! The metal incorporated in the design of the staircase is very fresh, I loved the previous' house design too, it was more stylish whereas this is more minimalist, but they are both gorgeous. I noticed the washing machine being hidden ;) that makes the place look bigger too keeping the harmony and smooth fresh white and wood combo through the house. The touch of having the 3 ceiling lamps (beautiful by the way, ) hanging from the wooden beam is a touch I love as it evokes the pendant flowers we find in nature.

Wow, Rassel, you really outdid yourself on this one! But that's become a habit with you! This one is absolute perfection! A large, calm, welcoming living room; a kitchen with plenty of workspace; a washing machine that's accessible yet discretely tucked away behind doors; three bedrooms with plenty of closet space; the lovely little balcony off of the master (?) bedroom (with the delightfully whimsical little table); and the amazing outdoor living room above the carport! I don't know how you manage to do it week after week, but I feel like saying a "shekhiyanu" (a Jewish prayer said on witnessing a miracle - like a rainbow - or something beautiful) when I see what you are able to create. The lay out of this house is beautiful. There's a few things I would change is the bedroom right next to the stairs needs to be a little bigger to fit a desk. It is possible to go out on the balcony to study, but depends on the weather. I would love more storage areas, especially in the garage area for ladders, outdoor equipment, etc.

I love it. If I am being picky, I'd say the only thing that I would do differently is not have the carport so open to the wind and elements. I'd have walls at the back and side and made it more into a garage because not everyone who builds from this plan lives in nice weather. However I really liked the way you lay out the rooms with cupboards and two of the rooms being capable of a small office area as well. The master was impressive with the small balcony for having coffees on watching the scenery or sunsets. Nice. Well done.

I would love to build this kind of house in the future and for me, I would prefer swapping the location of the first floor bedroom and first floor bathroom so that the bedroom can have more windows just like the ones on the second floor.
