The spring latches & the door handles are ingenious designs. Looking forward to seeing your next!

Such a clean and well finished model Lukas! Well done on the design of this. It is beautiful to see your clever use of parts to make the body work almost gap free! What is the quality of the parts like?
@lukasrsdesign Жыл бұрын
Hello Simon thank you :) the quality of the parts itself is great especially all the custom parts , however as in alternate brands friction of the pins and axle holes are higher which sometimes work in favor and sometimes against ;) but I think its not that bad after all especially if you build it once and not going to disasamble it later :)

@@lukasrsdesigndo you put the axle in all of the suspension areas or just the two front suspension

@ so you only put the axle in the front suspension not the rear suspension

@Formulafan0301 yes check how it will work for you, the springs are weaker in my opinion to LEGO one so probably you will be ok with rear as default

I’m planning on getting this set and modifying the door the way you said to but does the model look decent without the other mods I’m only going to display

1) Does converting the static to RC require removing parts or details from the static version? Or does the static version simply has empty space for the installation of motors/batteries so you just need to insert them in? 2) Many of the bigger 1:8 car kits will have a working multi-speed transmission. Is that not the case for the MC20? I don't see any transmission box. Is it just an engine connected to the wheels via a differential then?
@lukasrsdesign7 ай бұрын
Yes there are some changes mostly around HOG steering between two versions, the model doesnt have gearbox because of the RC variant

Awsome design. Do you model in Lego first? Or straight in their parts?

@lukasrsdesign Жыл бұрын
@@edselsugay4768 you can check other video with RC test, the only point to have RC is for lights not for pure RC driver as its too heavy and if you would like normal speed but still slow you need to add second XL motor but that also require few modificactions.

Nice video 👍, but I don't like the way you showed the RC functions, as you speed it up so we don't actually see it's real speed...

Well its impossible to show this on a small table ;) that's why i wrote there will be dedicated video about that :)
