Raszageth Raid Guide - Normal/Heroic Raszageth Vault of the Incarnates Boss Guide

Raszageth Normal and Raszageth Heroic guide! Raszageth is the final raid boss in the Vault of the Incarnates raid of Dragonflight. This boss guide for Raszageth will walk you through the important healer, tank and DPS raid mechanics you need to clear this Vault of the Incarnates raid boss.
You fight Raszageth directly in three phases, with two intermissions between phases. During the intermissions, you deal with adds while the boss is immune. Vault Integrity will decrease steadily throughout the fight at a fixed rate and serves as a timer to force transitions if the boss is not DPSed down quickly enough.
In Phase One, send players with Static Charge to the edges to reduce raid damage. You can safely put one Static Charge puddle right behind the edge of the inner ring. Stand in front of a Static Charge puddle to avoid being blown off the platform by Hurricane Wing. Don't stand in front of the Lightning Breath. Spread a little with Volatile Current, then pop the Spark that spawns using and interrupt, purge or CC ability before it finishes casting. Look in your toolkit for stuns, interrupts, knockbacks or other hard CC.
When Raszageth flies off for the first intermission, split the raid into two and position them on the edges near the smaller platforms to the sides. The knockback should send the groups to each platform. Dodge the breath that runs over the platform in wide beams while doing a lap to kill the adds. Touch the gold teleport pad to return to a main platform (technically a new one, the north one) when you're finished.
In Phase Two, mark two stack points for Stormsurge. Each player will get either a red or blue mark, and needs to stack up with matching marked players. Use cooldowns to heal through heavy damage and burn off a big absorb shield on the boss. Use movement skills to get through the Tempest Wing pushback quickly, take Fulminating Charge lightning rings away from the group and continue popping sparks.
For the second intermission, dodge breath runs again while killing adds. Prevent the small adds from reaching the colossal elemental with CC and damage while dodging lightning orbs. Get in front of the larger, original platform when the add dies to prepare to be knocked to it for the final phase.
In Phase Three, tanks need to mitigate Thunderous Blast to reduce a raid damage explosion. Swap after each stack and be careful that nobody else is in the Blast. On Heroic Raszageth, Magnetic Charge needs to be run a little ways away from the group before it grips everybody to the target. (not shown very skillfully in this footage, whoops).
Other Heroic Raszageth upgrades include a second Spark that spawns after the first is popped, requiring an additional interrupt, purge or CC. Two Colossus adds face you in the second Heroic intermission, and everything becomes more dangerous.

Today, after trying out Normal Raszageth for the first time, I can confidently say that pugging normal raszageth is literally the same as running it in LFR. Cause while the general incompetence is about 10% lower, a lot more mechancis deal enough damage to 1shot you, so in the end it's about the same damn thing.

they need to stop this pattern of putting mythic bosses at the end of heroic, especially ones that are brutal to smaller guilds. it's honestly so much easier to pug 2 more healers and enough dps and suddenly you have healing CDs everywhere and a single death isnt a wipe.
