It's exhausting bc many people can't fathom someone being fun and energetic and then being so depressed for no reason at all. The clinical depression stuff with Andrew hit so close to home , I was diagnosed at 13 and everyone always tries to help me , but similarly I just need to be alone and then I always feel so guilty for bringing everyone down or exploding on people trying to help me, it’s helpful to hear I’m not the only one , you can logically know things but no one ever talks about it, so thank you 40:19
