Ratangad Flowering Trek | Once in every 8 years! | Best Treks in Maharashtra | Sahyadri Treks

Ratangad, in the heart of Sahyadri, has a very special thing about it in a sense that every 8 years, there comes up a patch of 3-5 weeks in the month of september to october, when the beautiful sonki flowers bloom, covering the whole patch with lush purple flowers!
In all honestly, it is one of the most beautiful treks of the Sahyadri ranges with different scenes and nature all around you! But at the same time, it was pretty difficult as well XD
Difficulty Level - Moderate to difficult
Time duration - total trek time was 8 hours
You have to travel overnight if going from mumbai/pune
