The most powerful missile launcher in the galaxy. The RYNO (Rip ya a new one) Fires about 5-7 missiles per shot that automatically fly to any near enemy's with high damage. It costs 150,000 Bolts to receive this weapon but it is worth the time.

@@sephiroth8483 Depends on the version, the greatest hits version patched it at the hoverboard race. Also you have to be precisely at a certain point of those boxes. Luckily the original black border roms are online if you want to emulate it and do the method yourself.

Yeah i thought it would tear him to shreds but considering it's a multi stage boss fight it's understandable why people find it trivial. It's not as expensive compared to other Rynos in it's subsequent sequels and spin offs. Don't know about the trash remake tho.

Drek is pretty easy though, the Tesla claw makes him pretty trivial. And the pyrocetor on the PS3 makes it even easier.

Playing this game as a 9 year old I could not figure out, for the life of me, how to get the money to unlock this thing. I ran that damn hoverboard race 1000 times but the bolts become less and less. I never got the ryno, and I never beat the original ratchet and clank. What did I do wrong? I may buy a PS2 now 20 years later just to play this game and actually beat it. It’s one of my favorite game series of all time! The first 3 or so on PS2 anyway.
